Welcome to our TRADITION reservation system, the channel through which we recommend you make your reservation
It is important to choose which area to book in
Tradition: Updated tradition with the best products from Burgos and Cantabria, from Tuesday to Sunday and our weekly menu N623 from Tuesday to Friday for dinner.
Lia-T: The most informal and casual version. A fusion cuisine with which we will surprise you every week, from Tuesday to Thursday and Friday lunch. Important: if you have any allergies or intolerance, let us know when making the reservation, without notice it will be difficult for us to adapt.
Our reservation system will allow you to make reservations 60 days in advance. In any case, at the end of your reservation you will receive a confirmation email, otherwise your reservation may not have been made.
