Tradition: Updated tradition with the best products from Burgos and Cantabria, from Tuesday to Sunday and our weekly menu N623 from Tuesday to Friday for dinner.

Our reservation system will allow you to make reservations 60 days in advance. In any case, at the end of your reservation you will receive a confirmation email, otherwise your reservation may not have been made.
