    • TRADITION: Updated tradition with the best products from Burgos and Cantabria, from Tuesday to Sunday and our weekly menu N623 from Tuesday to Friday for dinner.
    • Lia-T. The most informal and carefree version. (OPENING JULY 4) A fusion cuisine with which we will surprise you every week, from Tuesday to Thursday and Friday lunch. Important: if you have any allergies or intolerances, let us know when making the reservation, without notice it will be difficult for us to adapt.
  • Our reservation system will allow you to make reservations 60 days in advance.
  • In any of the cases at the end of your reservation you will receive a confirmation email, otherwise your reservation may not have been made.
