In this evolved tavern, Miguel Cobo will show his skills for the most traditional cuisine, one that has made him enjoy the product more, its quality and has allowed him to experiment with those slow processes that remind him of his origins. A kitchen that will go from his native Cantabria to his adoptive city, Burgos. A menu full of classic dishes based on stews, stews, salted meats, preserves... Always made with a product of excellent quality.
